Elvish Yadav did not get bail in snake venom case, lawyer will file new bail petition

Elvish Yadav: Elvish Yadav was taken for court appearance about three days after his arrest, but his bail plea could not be heard. Now his lawyer will file a new petition in the court for bail.

Elvish Yadav: The lawyers of YouTuber Elvish Yadav, who is jailed in the snake venom smuggling case, will file a new petition in the court today i.e. on March 21 for bail. On March 20, two people related to this case were arrested by Noida Police. After presenting him in the court, he was sent to jail.

Hearing was not held in the court due to the ongoing strike

One of the arrested people works in a tent house and was in contact with snake charmers. The second person is a special friend of Elvish Yadav, using whom Elvish used to invite snake charmers to rave parties. Let us tell you that due to the strike in the Surajpur District Court for the third consecutive day, the petition could not be heard.

Sections of NDPS Act may increase on Elvish

On March 20, the police had told the court about increasing the sections of the NDPS Act. The defense lawyer said that the substance found in the investigation does not fall under the category of sections.

A fresh bail petition will be filed on March 21 in place of the bail petition already filed in the Elvish case. Changes have been made in the sections under the court remand change. Now sections 8, 8/22,27,27A, 29,32 have been added under the NDPC Act on Elvish. Earlier, a petition for bail was filed under section 8/20, 120B.
