Two died due to heavy rain
An atmosphere of chaos was seen in Delhi due to heavy rain on Wednesday evening. Large parts of the city were inundated and a 22-year-old woman and her child drowned in Ghazipur. There was a traffic jam in major areas. Roads started looking like rivers.

MCD had sent notice
When a house collapsed in Sabzi Mandir area, a local resident said that MCD had sent notices to these buildings and asked them to either vacate them or get them repaired, but people did not listen.

Schools will remain closed in Delhi
In view of heavy rains in Delhi, all schools will remain closed on August 1. Delhi Education Minister Atishi announced this.
