Pragya, daughter of a cook working in the Supreme Court, has done wonders. Cook's daughter has received a scholarship of Rs 41 lakh in America. Pragya will now study law from America. Due to this, Chief Justice of India (CJI) DY Chandrachud and other judges of the Supreme Court on Wednesday honored Cook's daughter and law researcher Pragya.
Pragya has won scholarships to pursue postgraduate studies in Law from the University of California and the University of Michigan in the US. CJI Chandrachud and all other judges came to the judges' lounge in the Supreme Court complex before the start of the day's work and gave a standing ovation to Pragya, daughter of top court cook Ajay Kumar Samal. Seeing her father working in the Supreme Court complex probably increased Pragya's interest in studying law.

After congratulating Pragya, CJI Chandrachud said that we know that Pragya has done this feat on her own. Now we will ensure that he is successful in getting whatever he needs. We hope that she will return to her country to serve the country.

CJI DY Chandrachud gifted her three books focusing on the Indian Constitution and Pragya greeted it with folded hands. All the judges of the apex court also put their signatures on these books. CJI Chandrachud presented shawls to Cook Samal and his wife. Other judges also wished Pragya all the best for her future.
