500 artisans increased in Ram temple, target to complete work by December 2024
Ram Mandir: The pace of construction of Ram temple in Ayodhya has been increased. Work is going on simultaneously on many other projects including the temple. The construction work of 161 feet high Ram temple is targeted to be completed by December 2024. Keeping this in view, the number of laborers has been increased from 3500 to four thousand. The pace of construction of the second floor and peak of Ram temple has been increased.
Along with the Ram temple, the repair work of the ramparts, retaining wall, seven pavilions and Sheshavtar temple is also going on in the complex. All these works are to be completed by the end of this year. In such a situation, the number of laborers has been increased to complete the work within the stipulated time limit.
Ram Darbar is to be established on the first floor of Ram temple. It is being told that only Arun Yogiraj can make the idol of Ram Darbar. Yogiraj himself has given shape to the idol of Ramlala installed in the Ram temple.
‘90 percent work of Sheshavatar temple completed’
Trustee of Ram Mandir, Dr. Anil Mishra says, “Arun Yogiraj will also make the idol of Ram Darbar, it is not decided yet. The stones are being selected now. The construction work of Sheshavatar temple has been 90 percent completed. The spire of the temple is being built.
The temple will be ready in a month. This temple will be one storey. The pace of construction of Sapta Mandapam has been increased. Temples of seven characters contemporary to Lord Ram are to be built here, their design will be finalized this month.”
