Haryana Report, Digital Desk- New Delhi: Yogi government has approved a loan of Rs 5 thousand crore for the formation of Bundelkhand Industrial Development Authority (BIDA) in Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh. Now with this amount, 14258 hectares of land of 36 villages will be purchased.

So that a land bank can be created for industrial development. Other facilities will also be developed. After the cabinet decision, the formation of BIDA has now gained momentum. Soon the process of deployment of employees will be started.

Construction of Beeda on the lines of Noida

BIDA is being constructed on the lines of Noida to provide land to entrepreneurs. For this, 14,258 hectares of land in 36 villages around Shivpuri Road of Sadar Tehsil has been identified.

After the approval of the Cabinet, an amount of Rs 5 thousand crore has been released by the government for the purchase of this land. After the guidelines from UPSIDA, the process of purchasing land will be started.

Post creation process started

Now the process of deployment of officers and employees will soon be started in Bida. After the process of creation of posts starts, initially officers and employees of other Industrial Development Authorities of the state will be sent to it.

Meanwhile, the process of deployment of permanent employees in Bida will also be started. Deputy Commissioner of Industries Department, Manish Chaudhary said that industrial development of the area is on the priority of the government. Due to which the process of formation of BIDA is going on at a fast pace.

Land of 36 villages marked

According to the action plan, first the identified land of 36 villages will be purchased. An amount of Rs 5 thousand crore will be spent on this. After purchasing the land, roads will be built here. Also, arrangements for electricity and water will be made. It is estimated to cost Rs 2.5 crore per hectare.

Bida is being developed in 36 villages of Shivpuri Highway in Sadar Tehsil.
