It was an old building, which had become dilapidated and suddenly collapsed. There were 35 rooms in this six-storey building, 5-7 families were living in it risking their lives. The owner of this entire building is a foreign woman.

Anupam Singh Gehlot further said that the building was constructed in 2016-17. People lived in about 5 flats. Most of them were people working in factories in this area. When the rescue work started, we heard the screams of the trapped people.
At the same time, the officials said that a committee has been formed to investigate the accident. Action will be taken against the culprits on the basis of the investigation report.
